Welcome to my blog! My goal is to encourage people to choose to live with less instead of more....to use less energy, less water, drive less, in other words lessen our carbon footprint. Through reading, taking workshops, and networking, I hope to share and receive some "words of wisdom" on what we can do to be "more" proactive and have "less" of a negative impact on our precious environment. 255 million chickens provide for our nation's annual demand for eggs, and a geographic area the size of Wyoming is used to grow our wheat. Help conserve those resources by saving leftovers for another meal.
